Privacy Policy
What data we store
LegitX stores representative profile data you enter through the internal dashboard — name, title, company, status, and optional contact details (phone, email, WhatsApp, area, languages, experience, description). This data is stored in a Supabase Postgres database and is used to render public verification pages at /verify/[slug].
Who can see it
Public verification pages are intentionally minimal. Contact details are only shown for representatives marked “Authorized”; inactive profiles remain visible for reference without contact details or call-to-action buttons.
Cookies
Supabase Auth uses cookies to keep you signed in to the internal dashboard. They contain no representative data.
Data retention and deletion
Representative profiles can be removed at any time from the internal dashboard. Visit confirmation records (that a visit happened, and when) are kept indefinitely for reporting and audit purposes, but the exact GPS coordinates captured with a confirmation are automatically anonymized (cleared, not the record itself deleted) once they are older than 12 months. Beyond that, this demo has no other automated retention schedule; a production deployment should define one.
